question on getting full copy of emails

I have my Dell Axim, with WM2k3, set to sync emails, contacts and calendar directly with an Exchange server so I can easilly get my email remotely.

How do I tell it to automatically get full copies of emails? Since it's bypassing activesync on the desktop, that rule won't apply.

In options for your account on the Pocket PC, do you have a dropdown box for choosing between downloading headers or full messages? (I know you have the choice when you create a POP3 account)

I do have one for my PoP3 account, but that's the only account there. Apparently when I set the email to sync directly with the server it deleted the activesync account.
