Hey, I'm tired, cut me some slack. And before you ask, that's a glass of Coke in my hand. ;) BTW - I never realized I was that short. 8O 8O

Ah, back at the hotel now, safe and sound. What a lot of fun tonight! The best evening yet. :way to go:

I forgot to tell Ed how bad "Nearest Neighbour" resizing quality is, so that's why the image looks a little jagged. Pocket Artist does Bicubic filtering, so it was just operator error.

Not interested in trying personally but a t3 and these two items of software:

- http://www.eusoftware.com/palme.htm (Album and image editor)

- http://www.ninelocks.com/vfsftp/vfsftp.html (FTP Client)

it might be achievable. Providing the Powershot uses SD or MMC.

8O That never occurred to me. I can actually fit in a subway seat, so are you sure??? ;)

And yes, to be more precise, the rest of the PPCT MVPs are tall. They're all over 6'.

It doesn't. It uses CF.

Seriously, the problem wouldn't be the apps, it would be the switching/multitasking. Ed kept the FTP program open, for instance, so that he could remember the image URL.

In addition to the Fab Four from the Thoughts Team, I would guess that there were at least 25 of us Mobile Devices MVPs plus a dozen or so folks from Microsoft's Mobile Devices group there last night. It was a great way to wrap up a great 4 days!

It was a very full four days, and as the other attendees can tell you: I feel great!

So, the thing I can say is that we ranted at them. A lot.

What we can't say is what they're doing about it. 99.99% of stuff they talked about is NDAed, which I find frustrating. But, let me say that they took our feedback seriously, and they're not sitting still. I'll let Jason decide what's safe to say or not beyond that, because I'm still a newbie.

You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves, as one previous poster noted not one of you had your PPCs out!!! What sort of example is that to set for us, your faithful readership seeking guidance and direction from their PPC gods? Some role models... *hmph*

I always take a bit of heat whenever I show up wearing my eVEST. I wore it throughout the week, and while others were lugging around their computer cases, I had all of my daily accoutrement tucked neatly into the many eVEST pockets. Here's what I typically had stowed in my eVEST:

• Two or three Pocket PCs
• Mobile phone (with hands-free wire hidden in the seams)
• Dell Digital Jukebox
• Two sets of earbuds
• Nikon Coolpix 3100
• Blackberry 6200 (Sorry, it's the only remote way for me to connect to my work e-mail.)
• Eyeglasses (Yes, bifocals!)
• Several styli
• Several pages with itinerary, etc.
• Advil and other medicine (for when Ed's rantings about Bluetooth give me a headache)
• Swiss army knife (the Champ)
• And while traveling through the airports, I usually add things like boarding passes and earplugs.

Plus, I looked utterly COOL in my high-tech outfit! At the Summit, I wore a different shirt every day, but you can bet I wore my SCOTTeVEST each and every day (except when I took it off to instead wear the SCOTTeVEST sport jacket). I only saw a couple of the other 1,300 attendess wearing eVESTs, but I could feel the eyes of envy on me the entire week.

 But in fairness, I have to say that I didn't hear Ed rant about Bluetooth even once for the whole week. He certainly didn't bring it up as much as I brought up the time zone "feature". :worried:
