The Pocket PC 2003 is a great tool for many
things beyond basic PDA functionality. It is a true computer with surprising
speed and capabilities, the limits of which are confined only to the
imaginations of software developers and end users. As Windows developers, as
well as users, we were surprised that there was no Task Manager program
included with the operating system. So we decided to create one. Task
Manager PPC was developed with two purposes in mind. The first was to
provide users with the capability of viewing running applications and
processes with a friendly user interface. The second was to provide
developers with a means to view current running state details for any
process. To accomplish these goals, Task Manager PPC uses two tabbed
windows.
