ipaq 1940 TOMTOM GPS not working after firmware upgrade to 1.10.20 ENG

Using Tomtom navigator: 2.24.2 (363)
GPS driver: 2.09 302/393
Pocketpc: 4.20.0 (Build 14053)
HP ROM: 03/02/04
HP ROM REV: 1.10.20 ENG
UK south maps loaded

My TOMTOM bluetooth driver is not working after I have updated the HP rom for the IPAQ 1940. Is this a known problem? Have anyone else had this issue?

The tomtom software navigator is working fine
If I check the TOMTOM wireless GPS it does not show any signals.
In my bluetooth manager I can see the tomtom wireless gps serial GPS.
I can pair it with the passcode of: 0000.
It can see the signal strengh and the status is connected
It just does not see any bytes going back and forward - nothing.
If I don't put in a passcode, then I get a connection failed. This shows everything is OK.

OK, sorry to "one of those" posters but... I've had no real problems with the 1.10 upgrade on my iPAQ 1945. The only issue I've had was my Bluetooth USB dongle was all wonky. I redid all of the settings and it worked fine. I'm using the Widdcomm drivers.

So, I probably haven't helped you any. Just wanted to chime in that the 1.10 upgrade seems to have gone well for me.

What's new in TomTom GPS 3.01?

On HP iPAQ 1940 with ROM version 1.10, previous versions of the TomTom GPS driver could not connect to the TomTom Wireless GPS. This version fixes this issue.
