How can you check if your SD wifi card is broken

I'm having trouble with my Wifi card, somtimes the light indicator blinks sometimes times it doesn't, not sure what's the problem, will a hard reset solve this problem.

A hard reset won't help if there is some kind of physical damage on the card. But if there is some kind of driver problem it might. Have you tried to: uninstalling the driver, soft reset, re-installed driver, soft reset, test?
