View Full Version : Sprite Backup Scheduled backup does not start ?

I have a Dell Axim X5 advanced and just recently did the upgrade to WM2003. After the upgrade my Sprite Backup Pro will not wake up my device to run my scheduled backup. If I wait until after it is suppoesed to start then turn on the device the backup completes, but if I do not turn it on then the backup will not run (until the first time it is turned on after the scheduled time has passed) I have already posted this on the Sprite software forum and sent a helpdesk request to Sprite Software but haven't heard anything yet. I noticed that they have a different version the SpriteWakeupService.exe available for download on the support site but this is only suppoesed to work on IPAQ's, it says that if you have problems with the SpriteWakeupService.exe and you don't have an IPAQ then you need to update to the newest version of Sprite Back (I already have the latest version and this still isn't working) Has anyone else had this problem on a X5 that was upgraded to WM2003 ?
