Freeware DVD VOB file to MPEG file converter

Does anyone know of any freeware that will convert DVD VOBs files to MPEG files??

DVDx 2.2 will convert the DVD vbo files to MPEG1, MPEG2, or AVI. You just have to rip them to your PC first (I like SmartRipper) for that.
