Linksys wireless/Proxy

I have an HP Ipaq h2215 with a Wireless Lan Card & a Linksys broadband wireless-b router

Everything was fine till I moved & had to change to Satellite internet, with the satellite i have to use a proxy (which i dont know much about) & since ive had to use that I havent been able to get my Pocket PC to work with Internet Explorer, im able to use the AOL messenger, but not IE... was wondering if i needed to setup a proxy on the pocket pc IE like i did for my IE on the laptop? if so... how?

In Settings... Click the Connections tab, then click Connections... Then click the "Advanced" tab. Select "Select Networks." Select the connection in the first drop down box, then click "Edit.." There's a proxy settings tab down there. Set those and you should be set!
