I have an iPaq 4155 with a SE T610 (same phone, different network it broadcasts on) with TMobile.

To set up the phone with Bluetooth, this is what I did.

1) Go to the Today screen. Tap on the Bluetooth icon. Click Bluetooth Manager
2) Click New. Select "Connect to Internet via Phone". It will start scanning for an available phone. Make sure bluetooth is on on your T616 by going to the More menu on the main screen.
3) When the Pocket PC shows your phone, click on it. Then type in a short passphrase. Select OK. The phone will then prompt you to enter in the same passphrase. Now your phone is paired.
4) It will ask you what connection to use. Just select "New Connection.." Click Finish.
5) Now back in the bluetooth manager, tap and hold the dial in thing, and select connect. Select "New Connection..." Then leave the username and password blank. Set the number to "*99#" Of course, these are TMobile settings. Your carrier (AT&T or Cingular?) may have different settings.
6) That's it! You should be able to connect to the internet with your phone!

If you still have trouble connecting, you might have the wrong username/password or dial in number. In that case, either contact your carrier or vist Howard Forums (http://www.howardforums.com/). It's an awesome site for cellular activists.

Hope this helps! :)
