I haven't had trouble with my 4155. I usually rip my movies to MPG and play them using Pocket MVP. It's free and you can get it here:

Yeah, they play really well on mine... I've never had a problem with choppy videos ... unless of course, they were being streamed.. :)

I haven't had problems with either - but the Lexar is much faster.
I use the Lexar as my main card with applications, etc. on it. I use the two SanDisk cards strictly for movies and for MP3s - again without any problems. The speed of the SanDisk cards is fine for both movies and MP3s.

Yeah, I have had a Lexar for about a month now, and I'm really impressed by its speed. Plus, there's a good sale right now on Amazon for all Secure Digital media.

The three main choices are Windows Media Player that you will find built-in on your PPC, PocketTV strictly an Mpeg Player... and PocketMVP which started as a DivX Player, but will play Mpegs.

If you are asking my personal experiences with these players... then I would say the best of the bunch would be PocketMVP... I find that for quality and size... DivX gives you the most flexibility...

I use DVD 2 Pocket PC to rip from DVD to windows media and use media player to watch them. Its a simple two click proccess to get the software to compress the movie. Quality is good and sound is in stereo at 256MB a movie (128MB is also an option)
