Amazon has some pretty good deals on flash memory at the moment.
I just picked up a 256MB SD card for $61.34 rebate = $46.34, free shipping.
They also have the mini Cruzer USB stick (does not use memory cards, just a USB drive) for ~$46 for the 256 MB version, and the 128MB version for ~$30. The Lexar 128MB drive is a buck or two cheaper than the Sandisk (but larger and less "sleek").
Or, if you already have a lot of SD, the Lexar USB drive that uses them is $16 (no memory incl). But since I haven't been in the market, I don't know how "good" that is.
