Whats this about SD cards stealing your batteru time..?

i read every now and then that in some versions of the rom in HP 2210 has a battery card drain feature..?

Whats this about..? Should i store the SD card seperately...! LOL

Answers and info on this subject would be appreciated..!

Yes, I've read about it before, but this power drain is not really noticable. I have my SD card in my iPaq h2210 all the time and I don't see any difference in my battery drain since I've got it. HP says, that new ROM 1.10 should fix this:

but I didn't installed it yet.

Interesting, I also keep my SD card in my 2215 all the time, and now that I think about it I am getting a little better battery life since ROM 1.10 (with the exception of that first night after the ROM upgrade when my 2215 apparently wanted to stay up all night, 0% battery by the time I woke up)
