They sell sync & charge cables for 4 bucks on Ebay. Are they any good? I'm basically looking for the cheapest cable available that will actually work and ruin my ppc. Should I go with the ebay one or do you strongly recommend against it?

sublime, are you talking about the AC adapter for your charger? If that's what you lost, you can buy a replacement for $5 or so at RadioShack. Someone will just have to give you the voltage/amps specs for the charger. I would, but I'm not home... :?
