Hi all! I'm a social studies teacher trying to integrate the HP 5550 into my government class and am trying to plan a unit around city government. I'd love to use Sim City as part of the unit and it would be great to have it on the kids' pcs. The only problem is $$$ - I have found it for $29.95 (X 22 pocket pcs = more money than my tech person wants to spend)- is there anywhere that will give me a break b/c it's for educational purposes?

Thanks for your help - it keeps me positive that I'll learn how to use my pocket pc well one of these days! :D

Each student has their own Pocket PC? I have trouble believing that you can afford H5550s but can't get $30 in software. The kids are using PCs, right?

I'd give the company a call and see if they can give you a discount.

Yeah, I always give software companies a quick email before I purchase a program. It's always nice when companies give educational discounts, but most of them don't advertise it.
