Developer Recommendation?

Developer Recommendation Needed.

I've been asked to recommend a PPC software developer to the authors of an encyclopedic world atlas print book who could produce that resource in a PPC edition.

And -not- in MS Reader. Probably a stand-alone app since the content will be heavy with maps and text.

Any recommendations for a software developer or software development company?

Microsoft's Encarta Virtual Globe for the PC is a great app, they might consider putting it into PDA format. The problem is, you wouldn't be able to hold all the data at once. A world atlas would be HUGE. With MS MapPoint, you have to export certain areas. I tried exporting a map of NY to PPC, no luck, Lower Manhatten alone was 11 MB. So even if someone did make an atlas app, either you would have to use up an entire storage card, or only have certain areas with you at a time. At least until you have a 4 GB internal HDD....
