default program for any extension

in the folder options dialog you can change which program will handle which file extension.
but when it comes to pocketpc, i dont know how this is done
i want to change default html program other than PIE
so how this is done?

I think the setting is in the registry. IIRC, more powerful file managers, like Resco's, have the ability to change file associations easily.
