Can anyone tell me IF there is a POCKET PC 2003 EMULATOR

When i had my Palm Vx i could use a prog called POSE and download my own palm Rom and run the emulator to test various progs and ideas.

Does anyone know if there is a similar prog for the PPC, so that i can D/L my own IPAQ 2210 Rom to test progs and stuff... Save the time in D/L onto the ipaq and deleteing agai...1

I believe you get an emulator with Pocket PC development environments (either Embedded Visual Tools or Visual Studio 2003 -- try a Google search). However, programs have to be specifically compiled for the emulator, if I remember correctly -- it's not quite like POSE.
