Anybody direct me to a site where I can find out how to get my iPAQ to work wirelessly? It tells me it's connected, but IE will not let me surf the net. The green light will flash for a few minutes and then goes back to orange.

I guess this is a problem that no one on the mighty PPCT team can help me with. Time to look at another handheld device, I guess, that WORKS like it's supposed too. I thought PPC 2003 was supposed to work better wirelessly? My upgraded device certainly doesn't. I can't connect to my 802.11g network.

I have an iPaq 5450...it is not capable of connecting to an 802.11g network. It is very capable of connecting to an 802.11b network. I use WM2003 with no problems.

That explains it - thanks so much.

bridgecrosser, it's not that we can't answer -- sometimes people are just too busy. ;)
There's a number of possibilities here. The first two I'd suggest are:
1. First, make sure your WiFi base station is set to "mixed" mode. As a debugging step, keep SSID broadcast on and turn off WEP keys.
2. Consider installing the ROM updates on HP's site. They have some updates for the wireless module inside the iPAQ 5450.

Thanks, Janak. It's just been tough knowing what to do with this thing. I'll give it a try.
