SD card memory management

I just noticed a problem with the SD card in my e805. Although it is a 256MB card it is showing as 100% used even though the files I can find using Space Detective, Remover or Resco Explorer only account for 182 MB. Any one else encounter a similar issue? More importantly, anyone have any suggestions on how to reclaim the apparently unused memory without losing everything already on the card?

Well, I answered my own question. Popped the SD card into my reader and tried to copy contents. Turns out there was a corrupt file in Avantgo. After removing the offending file the card is back to normal.
