Windows Media Player not working!

I click icons on my Today screeen and other areas of my Dell. It acts like it wants to boot up, then nothing happens. Tried to download wmp 7.1, not compatible, tried to download Windows Media Player for Pocket PC 2002 update and it keeps telling me that I am not connected. Need WMP ASAP. Any help?

Did you change the skin? If so, did you change the location/remove the skin without telling WMP?
