Does anyone know if HP will ever be creating a plastic cover pack for the 1900 series?
This would be a similar produce to the cover pack that came with the 3800 and 3900 ipaqs.
IMO, it would be very easy to do this given the shape of the 1900 series. It would function similarly to the innopocket aluminum case but would be plastic like the 3900 cover pack.
One of the biggest problems that I have seen is that most iPaqs don't have any really good choices of slim cases out there. I mean, what's the point of buying a small PDA (like the 1900 series) when the cases add a lot of bulk.
I like the aluminum cases, but also like the fact that on my old 3955 with the opaque cover pack, I could turn quickly turn it on and see the screen (look at today's agenda view) and then turn it off, without ever opening the case.
Anyone have any thoughts, ideas.
PS: I think HP really dropped the ball after the older HP 560 series with the integrated flip cover.
Thanks
