Installing Freeware

I am having a problem installing freeware to my PPC that is a .zip file. I'll download the file and save it to PPC folder, where it then is transferred to my PPC during synchronization. However, on my 4150 there isn't an icon in the programs screen. So I then do a search in Resco and find the file in the My Documents folder. I will tap on the file and nothing occurs. I was able to install an .exe freeware program that runs perfectly, however, any .zip file isn't working.

I'm sure I must be doing something wrong, so I'd say thanks for any help in advance.

You should unpack the Zip file on your desktop, and install the contents to your Pocket PC -- either via a SETUP program embedded in the Zip file to be run on the desktop, or via a CAB file which should be copied over and then run in File Manager.
