I purchase a program called Address Book 1.0 The program is saying that Contacts can be exported to HTML/Word/CSV formats. How do I edit this file (so I can add new contacts) on my desktop and import to my iPAQ program?
Thanks
Bob

my guess would be that you have to create a new file.

You can edit CSV files in Excel. Once you've done that, you can import the CSV file into Outlook. In Outlook 2002, try the following:

Click the File menu.
Click the Import and Export... action.
Select the Import from another program or file item in the list.
Click the Next button.
Select one of the Comma Separated Value entries.
Click the Next button.

That's as far as I can go now, because I don't have those translators installed.

Once the data is imported into Outlook, it should synchronize to your iPAQ like any other data.
