I just got my new Mio558 and it's great...except for the digitizer problem that I'm having. What I'm experiencing is, is that when I tap and hold, use scroll bars, or right in the block recognizer area, the stylus jumps around. In other words, it thinks I'm either tapping, holding and moving the stylus around or it thinks that I'm tapping several times....I'm not. I've tried soft reset, hard reset and aligning the screen several times and none of those things have helped. Is this thing defective? I can't seem to find any firmware updates to it....I know these mio's are rare around here, but hopefully somebody can help.....
Given the fact that there is no return policy, I'd like to get this resolved without having to send this beauty back to Mitac.
