Anyone able to "register" Picture Password??

After using Picture Password for a while, I decided I would like to buy it.

Went to their web site, sent in my info, and was taken to a download site for the program. I installed it, and it still comes up on my Dell as a trial program that has expired.

I un-installed it, from my laptop and the PPC, and then installed it all over again. Still the same thing. I ran through the registry, and tried to delete anything I could find that related to Picture Password, did the process all over again, still no luck.

No matter what I do, it still thinks I am running the expired trial version.

I have emailed tech support, but no answers yet.

Anybody ahve any ideas on what to try next??

Did you by chance receive an e-mail after paying that contained a serial number with which you can register the trial version?

I would try checking the inbox of the addrsss you used when you purchased.

The e-mail that came right after my order contained a "thank you" for ordering, a link to redownload if needed, and a link for tech support, which has done little so far.

It contained an order number, and a repeat of all the information that I filled out.

Nothing like a serial number or Unlock code, like I have seen many times before.

Still looking for the magic answer!!!
