I'm going for full sized keyboards here, if you want thumb-boards then this is a waste of time!
Best? I really believe it is the official HP Ipaq Keyboard, however it is VERY expensive ($144.45 from expansys)
I very recently went for the Belkin wireless keyboard, its very good IMO and it can be used with almost any PDA (so pretty future proof) but it has the disadvantage of having to setup the position and mirror each time, advantage....only $51 from expansys.
Alot of people will say the Pocketop is a great keyboard....personally I refuse to pay for drivers when I've purchaced an item.

I picked up a refurbished iPaq folding keyboard on eBay for $40. Works great, can't even tell it's used! 8)

Until that rumored Bluetooth keyboard gets here, I agree that the iPAQ folding keyboard is the best bet. When traveling, I like the fact that I can plug the charger right into the side of the keyboard and charge my device while typing.

But I can plug my sync'n'charge cable (with a USB to power socket transformer too) into the bottom of the ipaq as I type its also nice to beable to move the keyboard and screen, but it is a pain to align the IR of the keyboard.
I think for an Ipaq, the best thumbboard, is urm....the HP Ipaq one! It looks gorgeous and it has a cover with it too, don't think it will support a sleeve though which is abit of a bummer.

Don't go for the smaller keyboards. I used to use a PockeTop universal keyboard. Hated it. Then a friend gave me an official HP foldable keyboard. I never looked back. The difference in size when folded up is really not a factor. Unless you're going to carry it in your pocket all the time, I wouldn't worry too much about the size.
Also, what's the point of having a keyboard unless you can type on it naturally without having to think about it all the time. That's what I had to do with those weird number/symbol shift keys on the pocketop.
Just break down and get a good full sized keyboard. You'll be glad you did.
