Anyone know of any applications that will allow my XDA2 to act as an alarm clock - playing MP3 or WMA files as the alarm ?
Not knowing your OS I'll recommend the freeware 'Stop Time' at:
http://home.comcast.net/~jonsachs/#StopTime%202.0
It may or may not run on WM2003.
There's a nice commercial app called zzzMachine! at:
http://www.santhony.com/laserup/
It's for ARM or StrongARM processors only.
Otherwise I'll have to leave you with a search on 'Clock' at Handango:

I tried several (Cool Clock, etc) and found AT Alarm exceptionally functional (multiple alarms, MP3's, snooze) and finally their free theme creator lets one make the tap control buttons, placement, colors easy to customize the display.

If you have the 'Clock' program there will be an option which allows you to set the alarm. But to use WMA/MP3s you need to go to 3rd party apps. I assume that all copies of PPC2003 include this option.

There is also pTravelAlarm. (http://www.burroak.on.ca/pta.html) I think it's a great app! See the Pocket PC Thoughts review here... (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/articles.php?action=expand,24459)
