I was just wondering the diff between the 2 procs

I did some research on this a little while ago. Basically they are the same processor. However, the 26x series integrate memory with the CPU resulting in a smaller device.

The 255 is better optimized and consumes less battery power... from what I can remember.

100mhz difference in bus speeds. 255 is faster

The 255 is less broken than the 250, and is thus the preferred chip. ;-)
