Setting buttons to RECORD VOICENOTE

Have 2200 but assume this feature is universal for all PPC's.

I've remapped the iTask button for "notes" especially wanting the ability for Voicenotes (the one frustration and feature lacking in the 2200).

I HAVE HAD it setup where a simple touch of the button brought up Notes and then holding down the same button began the record feature. In essence, I turned that selected button into the voicenotes record button.

Now, I can't figure out how to reset it to that feature. Can't find it in settings, buttons, etc.

To set record to a button (one touch) on the 2215 you need to go:

Start menu --> Settings ---> Buttons (Top Left)
Select whatever button then in the "button assignment" select record.

You need to do it this way not through the iTask settings.
P.S. To record you hold it down, don't just tap it.
