Possible? Sync Contacts / Calendar to Local & Server?

Does anyone know if its possible to have your contacts and calendar active synced to both the server and the local machine? My setup is as follows:

I-Mate syncs Email Inbox to Clubimate's exchange server, rest goes to my local outlook installation. I'd like to be able to take advantage of Clubimates's contacts & calendar sync. options as well, but don't want to lose that on my local machine. Anyone have any suggestions?
