View Full Version : Fixing an "unresolved" e-mail file

When I sync, I have an e-mail file that comes up as unresolved. I can't find any troublesome file on the PDA and don't know how to find the file that's causing the problem. Any suggestions? :?:

You could try to remove and then re-add the mail account.

I deleted and re-created my 3 POP mailboxes. No success in eliminating the unresolved message.

I had that happen one time and was able to resolve it by simply moving everything out of my Inbox folder on the desktop, syncing, and then moving it all back. In my case, that corrected the problem, but your mileage may vary. :)

I have over 1000 messages in the desktop inbox in various folders. I think I'll wait to see if someone else responds. The issue may also resolve itself in two weeks, as I only sync two weeks' worth of messages.
