SPB Software, Resco upgrade policies

Hi,

I've made a hard reset on my 4150 iPAQ.... I begin to reinstall my applications.

Two of them come from well-know companies : Picture Optimizer from SPB software and Resco File Explorer 4.30 from Resco

- SPB software : I can't find the download page for my product, there 10 billions q&a, newsletters for upgrading but no link for customers who bought the old version... I can't access to the website with internet explorer 6.0 8O

- Resco : the link to the 4.30 file version ( http://www.resco-net.com/explorer_dwn.asp ) installs the 5.0 version ... The reg code retrieval service sends an email with a 50% coupon on 5.0 version ! No regcode, no download link ... :cry:

I had that same issue with Resco a while back. I contacted them, and they gave me a working link to the older version. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter WM2003 came out, and I bought a new iPAQ, and the older version didn't work any longer. Sooner or later they'll get you, but since it's the best file explorer by far, what are ya gonna do?
