Hey all,

I have an iPaq 2210, a Nokia 6310i and a Jabra 250.
On the iPaq, I have Pocket Informant.

In P.I., in the contacts section, you can click on a contact phonenumber, and have P.I. dial the number for you.

It works when my phone and headset aren't connected. When they are, it doesn't.

Can anyone tell me, if there's a workaround to this, so I can dial while still using my headset ?

Thanks :)
Jacob

I have a 2215, Siemens S56, Logitech headset....

I have PI dial the number, then hit the button on the headset to connect it to the phone, and all is well.

I'm betting that the Jabra keeps the bluetooth connection live at all times and that's the issue. On your S56, does the bluetooth icon show a connection even when there is no active call???

With the Logitech, the bluetooth link is only active when the headset is in use e.g. the phone rings and it establishes a connection to the headset to let it ring and be answered from the headset.... or I hit the button on the headset to voice-dial and the headset initiates the connection with the phone. The only time the icon on the phone shows a bluetooth connection is when the headset is actually in use.
