I was surfing through pocketpctools.com and they pointed me to this nugget at the Agenda Fusion Website:
Version 5.6 coming soon, supports
coming Pocket PC 2003 update for
dynamic Landscape mode and more!
Does this mean that MS plans to add landscape support to WM 2003 before WM 2004 is released? :?: :?
That would be an extremely nice, unexpected upgrade to our existing units. 0X

Yes. Plus, if my source info is correct, some other hooks that will enable easier upgrading to WM2004 for new Pocket PCs (meaning that we will see some 'WM2004 Ready' Pocket PCs - like Windows Me PCs that were sold as 'XP Ready' etc.).

This is exciting!
Now only if I can get my keyboard to allow my pocket pcs landscape - probably need a convertor!

Native landscape support is one of the things that will finally push me over the edge and into upgrading from my Jornada. I cannot wait!
Well at least that would be different. I was playing around with Pocket PC 2003 on a friend's Pocket PC... what a waste of £30 or however much it costs to upgrade.... barely any practical improvements.
^^ It was a non wifi enabled Pocket PC by the way...
