Outlook & Pocket Outlook - different alarm reminder times?

Anyone else wonder why Outlook and Pocket Outlook have different alarm reminder times?

Drives me nuts!! I like to keep my alarms in sync in case I'm away from my desk, but not too easy with different durations, hmm, 4 hours on the desktop, but only 2 on the ppc. My alrams are all out of sync.

This bug anyone else?

Any software solutions that someone is aware of?

No one has replied yet to this only because I assume no one else has the same problem.
I assume you are refferring to meeting/appt. notifications.
Mine go off at the specified intervals.
Can you explain a little more possibly.
