WiFi becomes disabled after soft-reset on 4155

Is it possible to setup the 4155 so when it is soft-reset that wireless is enabled instead of disabled? The other pocket pc devices we are evaluating do this. We are looking to run it in kiosk mode but we cannot if the end-user needs to manually enable WiFi.

So when you turn on the device or soft-reset it, we need it to have wifi automatically enabled.
