I recently purchased BizBeam (http://www.twopeaks.com/site/products/BizBeam/) and I really like the app, but when I soft reset, it causes my pocket pc to freeze. I emailed TwoPeaks, but have not yet gotten a reply. Maybe someone here can help. Here is the email I sent them:

Hi, I purchased BizBeam yesterday, and I have to say I love the
software, but I have a small problem. I had used the demo for a few days
and did not experience any problems so I bought it. Unfortunately, I did
a soft reset on my device and BizBeam would not allow my today screen to
come up at all. The Pocket PC froze on the "color wheel" icon. I tried
multiple soft resets, but it would not come up. I did not want to do a
hard reset, because my last backup was 2 months old. (shame on me.)I
attempted to remove the program through active sync which was
unsuccessful because bizbeam.dll was in use. It appeared that the today
screen did not like bizbeam.dll (I believe that is the file name.) but I
did manage to rename the file by browsing to it through active sync and
then I proceeded with a soft reset and that allowed me to come back up
to my original state.

My current hardware is a Toshiba e355 running 2003. The software was
installed in the main memory. I have a 128mb secure digital card also.
The other Today plugins that were running at the time were PIToday, Spb
Pocket Plus. I also tried disabling the plugins while leaving bizbeam
on, but that did not help. Do you know of fix for this? If you need any
more information, I'll be happy to help you out. Thanks!

Not sure about your problem, but make sure you do a backup!
