Hi,
I'm running into an ActiveSynch problem I haven't seen before. Every time I plug the cradle of my e805 into one of my USB ports I get the new hardware wizard. Even if AS7 is running and looking for a connection it won't see it and I'll get the hardware wizard. (I just got this PPC and am trying to set up a partnership and install software.) Then in Hardware Manager I find an unknown USB device. No matter how many times I unistall that device reboot and try to set up a connection the same thing happens.
I've tried un/reinstalling AS and it didn't help.
Anyone have any suggestions? Should I just bring it back for another unit?
