Help to upgrade my Ipaq 3850

I have today recived an upgrade for my Ipaq 3850.... it is PocketPC 2003 that is.

Now I need tips on what to do, how to backup and so on. :)

I would think that others have done some things that I should try to avoid and stuff... I have done ofcourse normal docking where it backs up what documents that I have on my Ipaq.

What if I want to go back to 2002 ? how easy is that ?

Good question :D but you know if I am not happy with the 2003 upgrade... but in anycase, if I do a sync of my Ipaq now... and store it somewhere it should be enough, then I have a backup of my ipaq ?
