Help Needed Quick!

I have been at this for a week. Each day I advance a little more through reading support sites, but I am at my wits end now that I have come so far.

Here's what has transpired:

1) My T-Mobile PC got connected only as a GUEST
2) After getting rid of that dreaded message, I got "Synchroniztion error"
after it started syncing.
3) Read how to go into Active Sync and find which files were not syncing.
4) Still wouldn't Sync so I finally performed a hard reset.
5) Now it finally synced but it does not recognize the SD Card. If I reinsert the SD Card it is not recognized.
6) Also, I did a backup to the SD card before performing the hard reset.
7) After the hard reset I perfromed a Restore, I got everything back the way it was, but if I insert the device into the cradle, I can't sync again.


I have it out now but I don't know how to get the SD card recognized so I can restore everything as before.

Appreciate hearing from anyone who can help. I'm desperate. :devilboy:

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling ActiveSync? This has worked for me in the past with similar issues.

Well, I hate to say it, but you probably should hard reset again to get the SD card recognized...

I've done a hard reset with the SD card in and one with it out.

I thought that if I kept it in, it would format the SD card as well. That didn't happen. I'm wondering why when I did a Restore that the 82.77MB reamained the same. When I performed the Backup I begain with 63.94MB.
