Looking for the ultimate connectivity S/W

I have an h2215 and a Sony/Ericsson T610. Initially all I wanted to do was to be able to send and receive SMS messages. So I started looking for some software to do that. But then I ran across programs like Running Voice GSM and Smart GSM and realized there was so much more I could do.

So what CAN I do with this hardware combo?

Send/receive SMS, Send/Recieve Faxes, Synchronize Phone book, Dial my phone from my PPC. Is this it? Is there a review comparing all the available Software options?

Suggestions? Experiences? Reviews?

Here's a list of software I came up with so far. These do various things, but they all do SMS.

Running Voice GSM
Pocket Phone Tools
mPhone
FunSMS
Pocket Presence SMS Manager 2.0
