Hi,
I got an Ipaq 4150 and windows xp with outlook xp sp2.Everything is working fine but email with attachments arn't copied at all. Even if I uncheck the box that also attachments should be synchronized - no sucess. Activesync reports the number of mails with attachments in outlook as unresolved. In wcesmgr.log I find entries like:
2004-02-18 15:32:54 000008B4 - Failed to sync a [Merlin Mail, 0, 0x20000087] object because of error 0x80140100
Any ideas ???

I just found out that I even can't create a mail with attachement on my ipaq. Error message displayed is: Message attachment cannot be added. Check to make the correct storage card in the device. If your device stores attachments on a storage card, you must insert a storage card to add any files to messages - I don't use a storage card
