Is there a program to block unwanted calls, something like NOVOSEC SMARTFilter - Professional 1.1 for MS smartphone

2. PhonExt (http://phonext.oabsoftware.nl/)
3. Caller2Picture (http://www.v2r.ag/caller2picture_v2_5_pe_eng.php)

I personally use RingToneX, however I've used all 3. Phonext is free, RingtoneX is $6.99, and Caller2Picture is 14,99 Euros.
