iPassword #1 on Top Pocket PC Software??!!??

Whats with iPassword being listed as #1 on the list of Top Pocket PC Software on the PPCT homepage? It's only been downloaded a couple of hundred times vs. others which have been downloaded 20,000 times.

This seems fishy to me.
