Followup Flags in Outlook.

Is any one else annoyed that MS doesn't sync the Follow UP flags you can enable on email messages??

I always thought it was silly that MS didn't enable that!! Even more so now with all the new Follow Up Flags in Outlook 2003.

are there any 3rd party tools that do this??

Yes it's annoying to say the least. Pocket Inbox is pretty anemic any way you look at it, though.
