hp camera for pocket pc

it says that it can capture sounds too. if it can be used like a camera, i mean can sync sound with motion i think it worth 200$, besides i am considering to buy one

I guess I should have mentioned I had an older pocket pc (3970)- I take it the hp camera will work with it as well as the newer models ?
