This page view statistic indicates...

Ok. So I have a page written about making adhoc connection between PPC and desktop here (http://www.geocities.com/grieg_winter/adhoc/index.html) (PPC2002 only... sorry). I put the page up on 31st December 2002. And just some days ago I check the page view statistic. Here is a monthly break down:

Feb 2004: 10
Jan 2004: 203
Dec 2003: 260
Nov 2003: 93
Oct 2003: 38
Sep 2003: 43
Aug 2003: 69
Jul 2003: 154
Jun 2003: 29
May 2003: 18
Apr 2003: 29
Mar 2003: 34
Feb 2003: 4
Jan 2003: 12

Notice the spikes in Jul '03 and Dec '03/Jan'04. What do you think causes these surges in page views?

Well, I would think the Dec/Jan spike would be from people that just recieved Pocket PC's as presents looking for help! As for the July spike, 4th of July presents? :wink:

Well there was once right before new year of 2003 when Janak said something about front page post. Alas, there was a HUGE contest for new year and everyone at PPCT were very busy.

Well, that didn't take long... :cry:
