Fire or EMS software?

I'm a firefighter and was wondering if there are any good Fire or emergency medical software out there for first responders??? I really dont know where to start looking. Any help would be great!

Here's another good site, http://www.tiscor.com. They specialize in fire, medical, and facility type maintanence. Most of their software has support for barcode scanners as well.
