Any market for a 3955 w/busted LCD?

My 1.5 year old 3955 needs a new lcd according to HP repair. :( I carry my ipaq in my pants pocket with the supplied flip cover. I bumped into my car, of course right at my pocket, which put a half moon shaped mark on the screen and rendered it unreadable. HP wants $179 to install a new lcd. I told them to forget it and mail it back to me. I think I am going to put that money toward a 4150.

Is there any use in putting this busted unit up on ebay or does anybody know of another way to get a tiny amount of money out of it?

Perhaps I will get a belt case for my next PC. Thanks :wink:

Yeah, that's right. Most people only want it for parts so they won't pay much.

I sold one as is with busted screen and got $70 without accessories.

I went to sears and got a security tool to open the other and made much more by selling pieces:
$35Battery
$15 Stylus lock
$75 Main Board (delicate)
$15 Power Supply
$30 Cradle
