I connect my 1940 to a GPS. If I turn off the unit while my software is using the GPS it turns off but won't turn back on. I have to do a soft reset to get it started. I'm using mapopolis and gps tuner.
On the other hand, if I turn off my unit while it is connected and no software is actually using it I have no problems. Doesn't do this while connected to activesync either.
